Medicaid Food Security Partners Program

Share Our Strength, in partnership with co-designers Benefits Data Trust and HealthBegins, is launching the first grant funding opportunity for the Medicaid Food Security Partners Program. Share Our Strength will be funding four state-based organizations or coalitions to support either advocacy or implementation of promising food-security policy initiative(s) within their state Medicaid program. Grantees will receive $70,000.00 for an 18-month period as well as full cohort learning opportunities and individualized technical assistance.

The grantee organizations for 2024-2025 are:

• Federation of Virginia Food Banks
• Food Bank Council of Michigan
• Voices for Georgia’s Children
• Oklahoma Policy Institute
